We accept all art files in any format. If submitting aster based at files, a minimum resolution of 300 dpi is recommended for best results.
Provide all Pantone numbers or physical print samples if color matching is crucial. Otherwise, we will extract the closest Pantone value from your file.

Our current minimum order is 12 garments per design. Some services may require higher minimums, however.

Turnaround time is typically 10 business days from art approval and deposit. Larger or more complicated orders may be subject to longer turnaround times.
Turnaround times DO NOT include shipping time.

An initial deposit of at least 50% is required to begin any project.
We accept most forms of payment including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, etc. An additional 3% processing fee may be applied depending on your form of payment.

Due to the nature of our craft, a 2% loss is standard for blemishes during the production run. We aim to fill at or above what you ordered (in total units), but occasionally a unit or two will be shuffled in your size run.
Any misprinted items will be deducted from the initial estimate ad will be reflected on your final invoice.
If providing your own garments, be sure to order long as we are not responsible for replacing customer provided garments.
